400 ml Vegetable Broth

Preparation
Cook rice in vegetable broth.
Cube tofu and sauté in olive oil.
Chop vegetables and add to tofu.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Sauté vegetables until soft.
Serve rice and top with ratatouille.
