Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Drain the chickpeas and dry them well with kitchen paper.
In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and spices.
Spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Bake for about 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove and let cool slightly – they will become crispier.
