Ingredients
  • chickpeas (cooked or canned
  • drained) – 400 g
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • paprika – 1 tsp
  • cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Drain the chickpeas and dry them well with kitchen paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and spices.
  4. Spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly – they will become crispier.
  7. Serve
