Ingredients

salmon fillet – 400 g

green salad – 150 g

avocado – 1 pc

cucumber – 1 pc

cherry tomatoes – 200 g

red onion – 1/2 pc

olive oil – 3 tbsp

lemon juice – 2 tbsp

mustard – 1 tsp

black pepper – 1/3 tsp
Preparation
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and cook it in a pan or oven (about 10–15 minutes).
Let it cool slightly and tear it into pieces.
Wash and tear the green salad.
Slice the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and onion.
In a bowl, mix all the vegetables and add the salmon.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
