Ingredients
  • salmon fillet – 400 g
  • green salad – 150 g
  • avocado – 1 pc
  • cucumber – 1 pc
  • cherry tomatoes – 200 g
  • red onion – 1/2 pc
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • mustard – 1 tsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
Preparation
  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and cook it in a pan or oven (about 10–15 minutes).
  2. Let it cool slightly and tear it into pieces.
  3. Wash and tear the green salad.
  4. Slice the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and onion.
  5. In a bowl, mix all the vegetables and add the salmon.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  8. Serve immediately.
