Ingredients
  • almond flour – 200 g
  • eggs – 4 pcs
  • cream cheese – 100 g
  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • erythritol – 2 tbsp
  • butter – 20 g
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the almond flour, baking powder, vanilla, and erythritol.
  3. Mix until homogeneous.
  4. Heat a pan with a little butter.
  5. Pour small pancakes.
  6. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden.
