Ingredients
  • dates (pitted) – 300 g
  • walnuts – 100 g
  • almonds – 100 g
  • hazelnuts – 80 g
  • tahini – 2 tbsp (optional)
  • cocoa – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • coconut flakes – 40 g
Preparation
  1. If the dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and place them in a blender.
  3. Add the nuts and blend until a sticky mixture forms.
  4. Optionally, add tahini and cocoa for richer flavor.
  5. Shape into small balls or bars.
  6. Roll in coconut flakes.
  7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Serve.
