Ingredients
  • dates (pitted) – 300 g
  • oats – 150 g
  • peanut butter – 120 g
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • honey – 2 tbsp
  • chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • coconut flakes – 40 g
Preparation
  1. If the dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and place them in a blender.
  3. Add the oats and blend until a sticky mixture forms.
  4. Add the peanut butter, cocoa, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla.
  5. Mix well until homogeneous.
  6. Shape small balls with your hands.
  7. Roll in coconut flakes and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set.
