Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken (about 1.2 kg)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the chicken.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Rub the chicken with oil, garlic, and spices.
  4. Place it in a baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1–1.5 hours.
  7. Remove the foil and roast for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Take out, let rest for a few minutes, and serve.
