Ingredients
  • almond flour – 200 g
  • butter – 100 g (melted)
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • erythritol – 80 g
  • baking powder – 1 tsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • dark chocolate (85%+) – 80 g
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Stir until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate pieces.
  6. Shape small cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Let cool to firm up, then serve.
