Preparation
This recipe is for an Instant Pot, but you can also prepare it in a pressure cooker or regular pot. The only difference will be in cooking time.
1. Wash and chop the broccoli head.
2. Add 1 cup of rice and 2.5 to 3 cups of water.
3. Add the chickpeas, oil, and salt.
4. Finally, add spices to taste, color, or aroma :) Place in the Instant Pot on pressure function for 8 minutes.
