Ingredients
  • flour – 400 g
  • honey – 150 g
  • sugar – 150 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • butter – 100 g
  • baking soda – 1 tsp
  • sour cream – 500 g
  • powdered sugar – 100 g
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Heat honey, sugar, and butter until dissolved.
  2. Add baking soda and stir.
  3. Quickly add the eggs and mix.
  4. Incorporate the flour and knead a soft dough.
  5. Divide into several balls, roll out thin layers, and bake at 180°C for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Whip the sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla, assemble the cake by alternating layers and cream.
