Ingredients
  • bacon – 300 g (thinly sliced)
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • red pepper – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • garlic powder – 1/3 tsp (optional)
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Arrange the bacon strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (without overlapping).
  3. Sprinkle with spices if desired.
  4. Bake for 12–18 minutes until crispy (depending on thickness).
  5. Remove and place on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
  6. Let cool slightly – it will become even crispier.
  7. Serve.
