  • bacon
  • lettuce

  • pickles
  • mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. Mix the ground beef with egg, salt, and pepper, and form 2 larger patties.
  2. Cook them in a pan or on a grill to your desired doneness.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  4. Place cheddar on the warm meat to melt.
  5. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves – they will replace the bread.
  6. Mix mayonnaise with a little mustard for the sauce.
  7. Assemble: lettuce → sauce → meat → bacon → vegetables → lettuce.
  8. Serve immediately.
