Preparation
Mix the ground beef with egg, salt, and pepper, and form 2 larger patties.
Cook them in a pan or on a grill to your desired doneness.
Cook the bacon until crispy.
Place cheddar on the warm meat to melt.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves – they will replace the bread.
Mix mayonnaise with a little mustard for the sauce.
Assemble: lettuce → sauce → meat → bacon → vegetables → lettuce.
Serve immediately.
