Ingredients
  • flour – 300 g
  • dry yeast – 7 g
  • warm water – 180 ml
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce – 150 g
  • pepperoni – 150 g
  • cheese – 200 g
  • oregano – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the water and olive oil and knead the dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and place it in a baking tray.
  5. Spread with tomato sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange the pepperoni on top.
  7. Sprinkle with oregano.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
