Ingredients
  • flour – 300 g
  • dry yeast – 7 g
  • warm water – 180 ml
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce – 150 g
  • mushrooms – 200 g
  • cheese – 200 g
  • onion – 1/2 pc
  • olives – 50 g
  • oregano – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add water and olive oil, and knead the dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Chop the mushrooms and onion.
  5. Sauté them lightly until softened.
  6. Roll out the dough and place it in a baking tray.
  7. Spread with tomato sauce, add toppings, sprinkle cheese and spices.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
