For the base:

For the cream:

1 vanilla pudding

125g butter

250ml milk

juice and zest of one lemon

1 cup sugar

For the meringues:

2 egg whites
Preparation
1. Beat the ingredients for the base and bake in a mold at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
2. For the cream: heat the milk with the sugar.
3. Mix the pudding with a little milk and add to the boiling milk along with the lemon juice and zest, stirring constantly.
4. Once removed from heat, add the butter and beaten egg.
5. After the base cools, pour the warm cream over it.
6. In a pan, heat 1 cup of sugar and half a cup of water, then add lemon slices for soaking.
7. After soaking, place them on kitchen paper to cool and then on the pie.
8. For decoration: beat 2 egg whites with 1 cup of sugar and bake at 60 degrees in your chosen shape.
