Ingredients
  • 400g thin rolled pastry sheets
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 250g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • butter
Preparation
  1. Mix the filling ingredients: eggs, yogurt, cheese, baking soda, and oil.
  2. Grease the baking dish with butter or oil.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly along the length of the pastry sheets, using 2 sheets for each piece.
  4. Place small pieces of butter on the rolled banitsa.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
  6. After removing, sprinkle with a little water for extra softness and cover with a clean towel. Enjoy!
