250 g white beans

1 bunch of green onions

1 slice of bread

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the sauce: 1 small cucumber

80 g raw peeled almonds

3 tablespoons olive oil
check_circle
1 clove of garlic
check_circle
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
Soak the beans in water with 2 sprigs of thyme and cook for 45 minutes until soft.
Sauté the carrots and onions until golden.
Drain the beans and blend the bread in a blender.
Mix the bean puree with the sautéed vegetables, garlic, bread, and thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into patties and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper brushed with olive oil.
Bake the patties at 160 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
