400 g yogurt

about 400 g flour

1 tsp salt

oil for frying
Preparation
Beat the eggs, then add the yogurt and the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and salt. A thick batter will form.
Heat the oil.
Dip a tablespoon in the oil, scoop some of the mixture, and drop it into the hot pan.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
Place the fried fritters on paper towels.
Serve with powdered sugar, jam, or liquid chocolate.
