Ingredients
  • 500 g beef
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the beef into cubes.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
  3. Finely chop the onion and tomato.
  4. Heat the oil and sauté the beef until golden.
  5. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the tomato and stir.
  7. Add the potatoes and carrots, pour in the water, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook on low heat for about 1 hour until the meat is tender.
