Ingredients
  • 500 g pork meat
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the pork meat into pieces.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the meat until golden.
  5. Add the garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Stir and serve warm.
