Ingredients
  • 5 lower chicken thighs
  • 5/6 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 60 ml white wine
  • salt to taste
  • red pepper to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 20 ml oil
  • 2/3 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 sprigs of rosemary
Preparation
  1. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes.
  2. Season the potatoes with the chicken thighs, add the wine, oil, and rosemary.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45/50 minutes.
