Ingredients
  • yogurt (or Greek) – 400 g
  • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 60 g
  • honey (or sweetener) – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • fruits (optional) – 150 g
  • nuts – 40 g
Preparation
  1. Place the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the protein powder.
  3. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Add the honey and vanilla.
  5. Stir again.
  6. Optionally add fruits and nuts.
  7. Serve.
