coconut flakes – 40 g
Preparation
If the dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
Drain and place them in a blender.
Add the oats and nuts.
Blend until a sticky mixture forms.
Add cocoa, coconut oil, and vanilla, and mix well.
Spread the mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and press lightly.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set, then cut into bars and serve.
