Ingredients
  • dates (pitted) – 300 g
  • oats – 150 g
  • almonds – 100 g
  • walnuts – 80 g
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • coconut oil – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • coconut flakes – 40 g
Preparation
  1. If the dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and place them in a blender.
  3. Add the oats and nuts.
  4. Blend until a sticky mixture forms.
  5. Add cocoa, coconut oil, and vanilla, and mix well.
  6. Spread the mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and press lightly.
  8. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set, then cut into bars and serve.
