Ingredients
  • ground meat (beef or mixed) – 600 g
  • zucchini – 3 pcs
  • eggplant – 1 pc
  • canned tomatoes – 300 g
  • onion – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • yogurt – 200 g
  • cheese – 150 g
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • oregano – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the zucchini and eggplant into thin rounds.
  3. In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic.
  4. Add the ground meat and cook until done.
  5. Add the tomatoes and spices, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Layer vegetables and meat in a baking dish, then mix eggs with yogurt and pour over.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 35–40 minutes until golden.
