Ingredients
  • potatoes – 800 g
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • paprika – 1 tsp
  • garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • oregano – 1/2 tsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges.
  3. Dry them with kitchen paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and spices.
  5. Toss well to coat evenly.
  6. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  7. Bake for about 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping once.
