Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges.
Dry them with kitchen paper.
In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and spices.
Toss well to coat evenly.
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Bake for about 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping once.
