Ingredients
  • potatoes – 2 pcs
  • sweet potato – 1 pc
  • zucchini – 1 pc
  • carrots – 2 pcs
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • paprika – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice all vegetables into very thin rounds (best with a grater/mandoline).
  3. Dry them well with kitchen paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and spices.
  5. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15–25 minutes, watching to prevent burning (different vegetables bake differently).
  7. Let cool slightly – they will become crispier, Serve.
