paprika – 1 tsp
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Slice all vegetables into very thin rounds (best with a grater/mandoline).
Dry them well with kitchen paper.
In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and spices.
Arrange them in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–25 minutes, watching to prevent burning (different vegetables bake differently).
Let cool slightly – they will become crispier, Serve.
