Ingredients
  • 250 g Quark
  • 2 Apples
  • 50 g Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Wash, core, and dice the apples.
  2. Coarsely chop the almonds.
  3. Place the quark in a bowl.
  4. Add honey and cinnamon to the quark and mix well.
  5. Fold in the apples and almonds into the quark.
  6. Serve in bowls.
