2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 clove garlic

a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Cut the chicken into thin strips.
Slice the bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini into strips.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Heat the oil in a pan or wok.
Fry the chicken until golden.
Add the vegetables and cook for 4–5 minutes.
Add the garlic and soy sauce, stir well, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper and serve.
