Ingredients
  • chia seeds – 3 tbsp
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 300 ml
  • honey – 1 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • fruits – 100 g
Preparation
  1. Mix the chia seeds with the milk.
  2. Add the honey and vanilla.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Leave in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir again.
  6. Add fruits on top.
  7. Serve.
