Ingredients
  • cheese – 200 g
  • potatoes – 2 pcs
  • onion – 1 pc
  • butter – 20 g
  • fresh milk – 200 ml
  • vegetable broth – 600 ml
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Sauté the onion in butter until softened.
  4. Add the potatoes.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Blend until smooth, add crumbled cheese and fresh milk, season with salt and pepper.
