Turkey Steak with Broccoli

Ingredients

turkey fillet – 600 g

broccoli – 400 g

olive oil – 2 tbsp

butter – 20 g

garlic – 2 cloves

lemon juice – 1 tbsp

salt – 1 tsp

black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Season the turkey fillet with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan with olive oil and sear the steaks until golden on both sides.
Add a bit of butter and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
In a separate pot, boil the broccoli for 4–5 minutes or steam it.
Sauté the garlic in a bit of butter in the pan.
Add the broccoli and stir for 2–3 minutes.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Serve the turkey steak with the broccoli.
