protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 100 g

peanut butter – 120 g

honey – 80 g

fresh milk (or plant-based) – 120 ml

dark chocolate – 80 g
check_circle
vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
Grind the oats to a fine texture.
In a bowl, mix the oats and protein powder.
Add the peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla.
Stir until a thick and sticky mixture forms.
Spread the mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate and spread it on top.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.
Cut into bars and serve.
