protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 60 g

honey (or sweetener) – 2 tbsp

vanilla – 1 tsp

fruits (optional) – 150 g
Preparation
In a bowl, mix chia seeds with milk.
Add protein, honey, and vanilla.
Stir well.
Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Stir before serving.
Add fruits if desired, serve.
