Ingredients
  • chia seeds – 80 g
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 400 ml
  • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 60 g
  • honey (or sweetener) – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • fruits (optional) – 150 g
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds with milk.
  2. Add protein, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  6. Stir before serving.
  7. Add fruits if desired, serve.
