Ingredients
  • gluten-free flour – 200 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 300 ml
  • sugar – 2 tbsp
  • butter – 20 g
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add the milk.
  3. Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth.
  4. Heat a pan and grease with butter.
  5. Cook the pancakes on both sides.
  6. Arrange on a plate.
  7. Optionally add fruits or honey.
  8. Serve
