7 large peeled and grated apples

1 cup semolina

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 packets bourbon vanilla sugar

1 packet cinnamon

100g melted butter + 50ml oil

powdered sugar for dusting before serving
Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the grated apples, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and semolina well.
Brush each sheet of dough with a mixture of melted butter and oil.
For rolling, you need 2 sheets well brushed. Spoon the apple mixture along the long edge.
Roll without squeezing the dough, twist, and arrange in a greased baking dish.
Brush the top with butter and oil, then bake at 250°C for 35 minutes or until golden.
Allow the dessert to cool, cut, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve decorated with a cinnamon stick.
