Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml fresh milk
  • 1 egg
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Boil the chicken in salted water and shred it into pieces.
  2. Chop the onion and carrot finely.
  3. Melt the butter and sauté the onion and carrot.
  4. Add the flour and stir.
  5. Pour in the broth and milk, stirring until a smooth sauce forms.
  6. Add the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Beat the egg with lemon juice, temper with some sauce, and add to the dish.
