Ingredients
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml fresh milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • a pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the rolled oats and cook for 3–5 minutes until softened.
  3. Slice the banana.
  4. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl.
  5. Top with banana, honey, and cinnamon.
  6. Gently stir and serve.
