Ingredients

600g beef (cut into pieces from the tenderloin)

60ml oil

350g mushrooms

1 bunch green onions

1 head onion

1 teaspoon paprika

5 tablespoons canned tomatoes (pureed)

4-5 cloves garlic

Black pepper

3-4 bay leaves

50ml white wine

Preparation
Lightly fry the beef, previously seasoned with black pepper, salt, and oil. Remove and place in a baking dish.
In the same oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms with paprika, then add the tomatoes and salt.
Transfer the mixture to the dish with the meat, add a little water (about 50ml, or broth if available), white wine, oregano, and bay leaves.
Stir and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour without a fan.
