Beef with Mushrooms and Onions

Ingredients
  • 600g beef (cut into pieces from the tenderloin)
  • 60ml oil
  • 350g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 head onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 5 tablespoons canned tomatoes (pureed)
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • Black pepper
  • oregano
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • 50ml white wine
  • Salt
Preparation
  1. Lightly fry the beef, previously seasoned with black pepper, salt, and oil. Remove and place in a baking dish.
  2. In the same oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms with paprika, then add the tomatoes and salt.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the dish with the meat, add a little water (about 50ml, or broth if available), white wine, oregano, and bay leaves.
  4. Stir and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour without a fan.
