Ingredients
  • 500 g beef
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Cut the beef into pieces and fry it in olive oil.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until golden.
  3. Boil the potatoes until soft.
  4. Drain the potatoes and mash them with milk and butter.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve the beef with the mashed potatoes.
