Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • 150 g bacon
  • 120 g cheese or cheddar
  • 30 g butter
  • 50 ml cream (30%)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
Preparation
  1. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  2. Fry it in a pan until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the butter to the pan with the bacon.
  5. Pour in the egg mixture.
  6. Cook on medium heat until it starts to set.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Fold the omelet or leave it open and cook until done.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
  10. Serve.
