Ingredients
  • oats – 150 g
  • peanut butter – 120 g
  • honey – 80 g
  • protein powder (chocolate) – 60 g
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • dark chocolate – 80 g
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 50 ml
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Blend the oats in a blender until fine.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats, protein, and cocoa.
  3. Add the peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Stir well until a sticky mixture forms.
  5. Shape small balls with your hands.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
  7. Dip the balls in chocolate or drizzle on top.
  8. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to set.
