Ingredients
  • ground beef (or chicken) – 600 g
  • egg – 1 pc
  • cheddar – 120 g
  • lettuce – 8 large leaves
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • cucumber – 1 pc
  • red onion – 1/2 pc
  • yogurt – 200 g
  • mustard – 1 tsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Mix the ground meat with the egg, salt, and pepper, and shape into 4 burgers.
  2. Heat a pan or grill with olive oil and cook the burgers until done.
  3. In the last few minutes, place cheddar on the meat to melt.
  4. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves to replace the bun.
  5. Slice the tomato, cucumber, and onion.
  6. Mix yogurt with mustard for a light sauce.
  7. Assemble: lettuce → sauce → meat → vegetables → lettuce.
  8. Serve immediately.
