Ingredients
  • feta cheese – 400 g
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • red pepper – 1 tsp
  • oregano – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • garlic – 1 clove (optional)
  • chili flakes – pinch (optional)
Preparation
  1. Cut the cheese into cubes or slices.
  2. Arrange it on a plate or in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle generously with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with red pepper, oregano, and black pepper.
  5. Optionally add minced garlic and chili.
  6. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  7. Serve.
