Ingredients
  • 1kg pork neck
  • 300g pesto
  • 300g mozzarella
  • 100g sun-dried tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Season the meat and cut it into a fan shape.
  2. Spread pesto over the meat and arrange the mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  3. Bake at 180°C.
  4. For a side dish, I used sweet potato.
