300g pesto

300g mozzarella
check_circle
100g sun-dried tomatoes

Salt

Black pepper to taste
Preparation
Season the meat and cut it into a fan shape.
Spread pesto over the meat and arrange the mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
Bake at 180°C.
For a side dish, I used sweet potato.
